    BF2 crashes to desktop the moment i connect to an online server, but works fine in single player. Any ideas?

    I'd reinstall but I just moved and have NO idea where my bf2 cd key is.

    Reapply the latest patch?

    I know that's one of their recommendations for initially installing the game if you are having trouble. At least for installing the expansions or boosters it is.
