Pretty sure its looking like a driver issue..but what?? I've gone through and updated everything, so windows doesnt report any newer software, I even further updated a couple more that windows hadn't reported on.
Yeh, amusingly the result does not even have an entry. I've gotten some info by breaking down the error code into peices, but its not exactly the same problem. Most of what I've seen online seems to point at driver problems, memory hardware problems, or processor power management.
Things I've tried based on what I've read:
Changed power settings so computer/cpu does not go to sleep.
Turned off Win7's power management of fan controllers (apparantly it conflicts with some asus/asrock mobos such as mine)
Updated drivers, I found a couple that weren't fully updated even though windows reported they were. There is one for my ide controller that has yet to be updated as i cant even find a driver for it, but i'm not sure this is even the cause of the problems.
Removed much of the hardware on my system, and swapped out/used one single stick of ram.
Congrats. BTW, that is Tiger, 10.4 and we are on currently 10.5.8, with a new version coming out next month, Snow Leopard 10.6.
It's like saying XP sucks, and then showing a SS of a Windows ME BSOD. Mac OS isn't perfect, but I have not had any real problems to speak of with it. Can't say the same for Windows.
In windows defence...I am running an OS that isnt even out yet, has little to no driver support yet, and is 64 bit to boot.
Now can we cut with the pissing contest and be a little more helpful people? I figured in a forum like this I'd get SOMEONE with a little more troubleshooting knowledge than myself.
New Stuff I've tried:
Ati released new win7 drivers yesterday, so I added those.
Updated bios: I am now on 1.2...only the second revision to this bios, so we have a long ways to go. For some reason last night Asrock posted a 1.3 bios, which I applied. but it still read as 1.2, and then I noticed it was no longer on the site today...so they might be working on it as we speak. Either way...very weird.
Forced memory speeds through bios (apparantly it was under manufacturer specs...by alot)
Updated southbridge drivers via amd's site.
All in all, its slightly more stable..but not by much. I am still getting kernal processing power errors, and BSOD's with the words "system_service_exception", mostly through adobe cs4 installer, or internet browsing.

Damn man... idk. It's 7... so I doubt you're going to find much expertise *anywhere*. FWIW, you're a beta monkey, so this is what they want you to do. Find shit that is busted and report it. Other than that, my advice is to live without CS4 and to use a different browser.
As for cutting the pissing contest:
NEVAR!
It's one thing to like Mac's (as Court does) It's another entirely to hate Windows for no good reason (as Alfy does)
Guess what. Neither OS is superior. It's (gasp!) a personal preference of UI functionality. And I'll stop arguing that point when Alfy stops popping into every computer thread to shit his "change to mac" line into one of the first 5 posts.
Mines not beta...its the RTM (release to manufacturing) as in whats going to be shipping less than a few months...this does not bode well lol.
I could just blame the hardware manufacturers...my motherboard was labled "windows 7 ready" yet their site doesnt even have a single win 7 driver on it... fail on my part.
