Was great, I got a ridiculous amount of pumps out, and had one of the best workouts of my lifting career... Then about an hour and a half after I started lifting (2 hours after drink), i was walking home just finished up and my stomach started to tumble like there was an avalanche inside. I got into the elevator to my dorm and it hit me like a truck... In the bathroom for really only 15 minutes but it was horrible... They should call this stuff Super Dump 250... It was pretty instense, but i felt ridiculously good after that lol. Does anyone have the same problem, or know of this problem? It can't just be me, I follow a routine meal plan same shit all week this was the only new supplement.

Sometime this hapen to me with things i eat.. like ice cream i love it and can eat lots of it but then there like a time or two only a little while after eating i end up inteh bath room doing what you said you were doing but after that i feel good lol i think it might be a way of the body just emptying it self out lol if not maybe we are all going to die or somethign lol
haha yes it is nicknamed superdump for the ridiculous shits it gives you. I also think that many of Gaspari's products are over priced. I mean I tried Super Pump 250 and Controlled Labs White Flood and I liked White Flood a lot better. Its also more economical in that you get 50 servings for $40 instead of 40 servings. And I also never had the shits with White Flood.
I'm thinking about trying Universal's Shock Therapy because its very cheap and I've heard great reviews.
I heard "food" and heavy weights were good too. Anybody squatting 2x body weight or totaling 1000lbs yet?
Almost benching myselfx2, If that counts for anything. Can't really squat or deadlift because of my back being ridiculously fucked up. But way beyong shrugging x2 traps are huge. and I do pullups with extra 45lbs on a belt and dips with 90lbs. Everything else is a work in progress, I can't however do legs ever, practice everyday puts an intense amount of work into my legs with the amount of sprints, stairs (hopping up is the worst), and miles ran.
