I didn't watch the whole thing -- maybe 30 minutes or so -- but I thought his delivery was a lot better then most addresses/press conferences. I'd comment on the content but I don't know what was all covered.
I'm pretty upset; I only caught the last 20 minutes because I got off work at 9, so I missed the whole economic portion (the only one I really cared about).
I watched the whole thing and I hate the political grandstanding (will both sides stand up, will both sides clap?) that only makes the speech longer. He was noticably bitter about not having solved immigration or social security, but the rest of the speech was good. My favorite part was that he would veto any budget that does not cut pork by 50% and that he ordered agencies of the executive branch not to make use of funding slipped into a bill at the last second without a chance for debate.
