First big structure fire

    As some of you may or may not know i got a job as an emergency dispatcher. Well yesterday was my first big structure fire that i had to dispatch. we ended up having about 15 towns with trucks there. Sad how it turned out. heres the story and a small video to watch. it got to a second alarm for anyone who knows what that is

    chuck - i dont know what kind of desk it is but i know that it rises up so we can stand and work at it.

    i really didnt have time to think about this one. i toned it, went to a first alarm in one minute, and went to a second alarm 5 minutes after that. i was just reading the fire card and trying to get who i needed on the phone and the radio.
