Hey guys, thanks for all the positive wishes. I had my surgery Thursday afternoon. There are now several metal pins, and a large plate in my ankle. Fortunately, the doctors didn't have to do any ligament repair. I'm looking at a 4-6 week recovery time, and then I should get to start rehab. Moving around is a bitch, and I've been popping Vicodin as often as I can. Hopefully I'll head back to my apartment this weekend, and then I'll get to chat with you noobs online.

haha. He most certainly did not apologize. Most of my memories from that night are hazy, but I remember him vehemently denying he did anything wrong. He also talked a lot of shit, and taunted me as my teammates helped me off the ice. He's a classy guy.

p. s. The refs gave him a misconduct and a suspension after that, and I think he might have gotten kicked off his team.



I'll do that in a few weeks, when I can start putting weight on my leg. It just doesn't have the same effect coming from someone on crutches.
