I'm not even sure it can handle 6 gigs. I know for damn sure that xp can only 'handle' 4. And it's really only 3.5
If it were me I'd be more interested in the brands/models/reviews/etc of the individual parts than I'd be with the numbers. But I am apparently retarded when it comes to building computers and giving out advice, so there's that. -
