transferring phone plan

I got a new job and need to get a nextel for it. my current tmobile plan isn't up for another 8 months. i was told i could either pay the 250 to straight cancel it, lowering the plan to 20 a month for the next 8, or find someone to take over the plan. so I'm seeing if anyone here is looking for or knows someone who is looking for a tmobile plan. the plus for this is you don't have to pay any of the start up fees, you just take over my payments for the next 8 months. then from there you can choose to either continue the plan or cancel it. it is all legit and gets transferred through tmobile.

well i currently have a sidekick. but whoever takes it over can change it to what they want to. i pay 49.99 for 1000 anytime minutes, free nights and weekends, no roaming no long distance. then i pay 20 a month for the unlimited sidekick plan. for a grand total of 73.72. i just called them and they said that you can take off the 20 a month no problem. or keep it on if you want. any other questions?

and when you transfer over a plan you don't have to keep the same plan as him.
