I don't think we know 10 people that are good at DotA. It'll end up being a contest to see who can get the best ganking hero, and who gets stuck with the really bad person.

New DotA like game came out yesterday. It's called Demigod. It has overtly high system requirements which seem to not mesh with the screenshots I've seen, but having seen it played on a 3-4 year old top of the line alienware laptop and crapping out every time a tooltip pops up I can attest to them being accurate.
Anybody heard of it?

It's the exact same. That's what I meant. We can't do competitive in-house games, because we don't have 10 people on the same skill level, so we always end up having the 3-4 best players ganking the 3-4 worst players over and over, and we end up with games that are decided after first blood goes out.
